Enter the Enterprise Ideological and Political Education and Practice Exploration in the Same Frequency Resonance

On November 17, the Metalworking Training Department of Shanghai University of Engineering Science's Engineering Training Center, in collaboration with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, launched an immersive industrial training program under the theme "Building Cross-disciplinary Platforms and Enhancing Industry-Education Integration." The innovative "Three-Dimensional Practice Model" combines on-site visits, interactive sessions, and ideological education to bridge theory and practice. A keynote speech titled "Building Innovation Ecosystems in Tech Enterprises" was delivered by Liu Zhipeng, Marketing Development Manager of the Science Park, where students gained insights into cutting-edge technological trends through real-world corporate scenarios. During the "Micro-Classroom on Ideological Education" segment, party member representatives shared their teams' journey of tackling critical technological challenges, inspiring students to align personal development with national strategic priorities.



After the thematic presentation, the group of teachers and students toured the corporate Party-building culture exhibition hall. In the red-themed exhibition space, students paused to gaze at a thematic painting documenting the company's development journey while attentively listening to the guide's vivid case studies of the enterprise's social responsibility in technological innovation. The Party emblem-shaped lighting fixture suspended from the ceiling harmonized with the wall inscription "Party Building Leads Corporate Development," creating a solemn and inspiring educational atmosphere. This segment effectively integrated industry awareness with ideological education, guiding students to cultivate patriotic sentiments through practical experiences.


 

This field study initiative exemplifies Shanghai University of Engineering Science's commitment to integrating industry-academia collaboration and ideological education. Through the collaborative platform jointly established by government, enterprises, and academia, students have not only broadened their professional perspectives but also strengthened their sense of responsibility through immersive experiences. Moving forward, the university will continue to partner with local industry leaders to institutionalize its tripartite educational model combining field study, project incubation, and ideological guidance.
